Our hospitality offer is represented by two apartments, named "Nocciola (Hazel)" & "Uva (Grapes)" (due to their position close to the hazelnut field and vineyard), designed to host families respectively of up to three and four members.

The calendar below shows the dates in which the apartments are available for booking (in white). A half-white rectangle represents a date for which only one apartment out of the two is available. By dragging your mouse or clicking on an available date, the daily rates for that date will be shown.

We are a small structure built around the desire to share what we have, our enthusiasm and the beauties of Upper Monferrato around us.
In this context, we enrich the base hospitality the two apartments offer with a number of services aiming to make the stay of our guests as comfortable as possible.

Even if we don't serve breakfast, we make sure our guests find all the necessary products to prepare a rich breakfast for their first day by themselves.

For those who appreciate wine and its production process we offer a visit to our small cantina, where we will describe how we make our three wines: Rosso Giacinto riserva, Rossato e Chardonnay.

During the visit guests will be able to taste the wines currently undergoing the refinement processes in steel barrels, or aging processes in oak wooden barrels.

The spearhead of our services, during the warm season, is undoubtedly out outdoors swimming pool.
The pool opening dates vary depending on the season, but we guarantee a minimum opening period going from May 15 to September 15.
The pool was built with the best available solutions:

• 15 x 6 meters, with an average depth of 130 cm
• "infinity" water circulation system to ensure a cleaner water surface
• diatom filter in order to achieve a filtering dimension 10 times finer than with standard sand filters
• double engine ozone water sanification system
• PH control and automatic adjustment
• minimal chlorine usage through day by day monitoring

During the opening season the pool can be used by our guests from 10:00 to 19:00.
Guests of each apartment have a pool-side space reserved for them, featuring an umbrella 3 mt in diameter, a small table and two tanning beds.

Summer is also the right time to harvest the fruit that come ripe on the trees in our fruityards.
We have 72 fruit trees holding different kinds of fruit that reach ripeness starting from the end of May until the end of October.
We like to share this resource with out guests and to give them, when possible, the opportunity to harvest fruit directly from the trees by themselves.
